Birth is Sacred and unique. It is the moment when new life breathes for the first time, taking in their surroundings as their first imprint. No two women or births are alike! You have the capacity to change the world by bringing new life into a peaceful, loving space in your highest power!

Traditional Holistic Midwifery...

As a traditional independent midwife, I offer pregnancy, birth and postpartum support to women from all walks of life. Weather you're a teen mother or a seasoned mother, weather you're a first time mom or this is your 10th pregnancy, I support your journey by keeping YOU at the center of your experience! Through personal prenatal home visits, I offer education, clinical, emotional and spiritual guidance for your home birth. Care includes access to technology and routine testing should you want or need these.

Care can begin preconception, and I walk with you through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and beyond in the comfort of your home.

Women who have the desire to touch their primal instincts in birth are changing the current fear paradigm to one of power and control. Women own birth, and I am excited to share my knowledge and passions with you!

I follow the Midwifery Model of Care which includes:

Monitoring the physical, psychological, and social well-being of the mother throughout the childbearing cycle
Providing the mother with individualized education, counseling, and prenatal care, continuous hands-on assistance during labor and delivery, and postpartum support
Minimizing technological interventions
Identifying and referring women who require obstetrical attention
The application of this woman-centered model of care has been proven to reduce the incidence of birth injury, trauma, and cesarean section.

Doula Means...

"Servant to birthing women"

Birth is sacred. You deserve to have the knowledge, confidence, and power to navigate birth in whatever setting you choose. Interventions will affect both your and your baby’s experience of birth in a profound way. Being prepared and supported can bring peace and confidence. You have a blueprint for birth and your body knows what to do when you surrender! But fear can often influence decisions, and it’s common for providers to “bully” you to accept their agenda. There is a better way! I am committed to supporting your birth journey through education, comfort measures, and belief in your body and your baby- whether at home or in hospital terrain, for the highest outcome- no birth trauma for you, your baby, or your family!

As a virtual midwifves we will be there as guide's and consultant's for people chosing Unassisted or Freebirth. We will give you direction on how to provide self prenatal care, support you in a doula style capacity during labor, and help you prepare for your upcoming birth. We want our services to be accessible to everyone who needs them, so we will work on a sliding scale fee if necessary.

We offer comprehensive Doula services! No need to choose between hiring a pregnancy, birth or postpartum Doula, because we've got it covered! We believe that people deserve support throughout their pregnancies, births and postpartum period and we will be there to support you during your journey! Doula pricing starts at $350 and up depending on what type of support you are looking for! We offer sliding scale fees for those in need as well! We belive that every pregnant person deserves the support they desire and we try to make our services obtainable for everyone!

As a virtual Doula's we will support you in many of the traditional ways, but instead of being there in person we will help prepare your partner to provide the physical support. We will be available via Zoom or on the phone throughout your pregnacy and birth. You can choose your Doula as well, pick whomever you resonate with most and we will be there to support you!

* Birth work is unpredictable, so we like to cover our bases and ask you to choose a "back-up" Doula as well, then in the event that your Doula is at another birth we can guarantee you have support!

Postpartum Belly Binding is inspired by the ancient Malaysian tradition of binding your torso during your postpartum.The soft, breathable fabric is wrapped in a way to support your body’s natural recovery from childbirth. Wrapping can be done over your clothes or under using an under wrap.

A mother needs to take good care of herself to rebuild her strength. Her body has undergone many changes during pregnancy, as well as with the birth of her baby. She needs to heal and recover from pregnancy and childbirth. Giving back to oneself can be healing, giving closure to the birth experience, and celebrating your new body.
